For this home, we removed a supporting wall and installed a beam between the kitchen and living room. We removed old carpet throughout to expose hardwood, and refinished the hardwood throughout. We installed railings at both the front and back doors. We installed pot lights and other lighting throughout. We refinished two existing bathrooms, and installed a sliding barn door. We moved the kitchen to another side of the house and moved plumbing, electrical and HVAC with it. We installed the island and cabinets, and painted throughout. A true transformation!
