To Do Done’s Budget Basement Renovation
“White Box Finish” in 3 steps:
STEP 1
Creating a Plan
We’ll work with you to put together a great floor plan for your basement renovation project.
STEP 2
Getting you to the White Box finish
We’ll do the hard part (framing through to drywall finish) to get your basement renovation well on its way.
STEP 3
Finishing Touches
Once you have your White Box Finish, you can DIY the finishes of the project, such as the painting, flooring and doors. Most of our clients like the opportunity to shop sales for their finishes and to install them as they have the time and the budget to do so.

Design
We’ll create a floor plan for your basement renovation.
Permits
We’ll pull the permits for everything through to drywall finish.
Inspections
We’ll schedule and conduct inspections.
Framing
We’ll frame and strap your basement project, including the ceiling, creating bulkheads and working around utilities.
Plumbing
We’ll rough-in all the plumbing to code.
Electrical
We’ll rough-in all the electrical to code.
HVAC
We’ll rough-in all the HVAC to code.
Insulation
We’ll insulate and fire-block your project.
Drywall
We’ll hang, tape, sand, and finish drywall, as well as prime it, prime check it, and make it ready for you to paint.
