Small jobs

At To Do-Done, our hourly rates for our professional service providers range between $40 and $60, depending on the type of work. We perform anything from minor repairs to highly skilled carpentry and home repairs. Our hourly rates depend on skill level, the types of tools and the training required to get the job done. You’ll be sure to receive an estimate that is clear and transparent!

Our service providers require a minimum of 4 hours per appointment (barring certain circumstances). For the odd job that will take less than 1 hour, we have a service call rate of $99.

For our time and materials jobs, the cost of materials will be separated out on your bill, and you will only pay for the materials that are used for your job. For larger jobs that will take more than a few hours, we will provide you with a detailed quote in advance, and written change orders if the scope changes during the project.
