We begin with a consultation which involves a walkthrough of your home to identify all of the issues you would like to tackle, and we may recommend some others you had not thought of. We can also link you up with some of the latest research that shows the best Return On Investment (ROI) on various upgrades. We will provide pricing for all of your wish list, and prioritize your list for you so that you can pick and choose the priority items to fit within your budget and that will fetch you the best ROI. Our team will manage the implementation of all of the repairs in quick turnaround time so that you will be ready to put your home on the market.


Our Ready to Sell consultation/walkthrough/prioritized budget involves a refundable fee of $79. If you book more than $500 in services with us, that fee will be fully reimbursed. Most clients spend between $2,000 and $20,000 in repairs and upgrades before selling, and they have seen that investment come back to them immediately with the higher selling price of their home.
